DVSV scales weigh the product mechanically, with a lever, so they need no electricity, no compressed air and no electronics. That is why they keep working where electronic scales often fail: in dusty workshops, damp warehouses and unheated buildings. Not sure which model fits? DVSV scales stay accurate even under heavy daily use. There are no microprocessors, load cells or pneumatics inside, so dust, moisture and frost do not affect them.

• Agriculture: grain, seeds, compound feed, mineral fertilizers — bagging into open-mouth bags on the DVSV-M.
• Food industry: cereals, sugar, salt, pasta, nuts, pulses. For frozen vegetables and berries — the stainless steel DVSV-F.
• Woodworking and biofuel: wood pellets and fuel granules.
• Construction: dry mixes, sand, screenings and other fine materials.
• Chemical industry: dusty and explosion-hazardous substances — the explosion-safe DVSV-50.

For small doses from 0.2 to 10 kg, choose the DVSV-S. If the product has to be weighed in a hopper first and then poured into any container, choose the DVSV-N.

How a mechanical scale works

The product is weighed on a lever beam: as soon as the set weight is reached, the gate closes by itself. Nothing depends on the power grid, so voltage drops and blackouts do not affect accuracy. The dose weight is easy to readjust, and the solid steel design lasts for decades.

To build a complete line, add a feed hopper and a bag discharge conveyor.
