DVSV-50 Explosion-Safe Bagging Scale
The DVSV-50 fills explosion-hazardous and very dusty products into open-mouth bags in doses from 25 to 70 kg.
No sources of sparks: the scale is fully mechanical — no electricity, no sensors, no compressed air. That rules out ignition caused by the equipment itself.
Suitable products: dusty and explosion-hazardous powders, chemical raw materials, granules, dry building mixes and other high-risk bulk materials.

Where the DVSV-50 is used
The scale is used by chemical plants, dry-mix factories, flour mills and feed mills — wherever dust can form an explosive mixture. For ordinary bulk products the DVSV-M is enough; for a complete line, add a discharge conveyor. All models are in the catalog.

How the DVSV-50 works
- The operator places a bag on the filling spout.
- Opens the gate, and dosing begins.
- When the set weight is reached, the feed stops automatically.
