Awards and Achievements of SME “Polytechnic”
For more than 30 years we have been designing and building bagging equipment. The company has been operating since 1992; its founder, Konstantin Yagudin, PhD in Engineering, is the author of the autonomous DVSV bagging scales. This design has been recognized at Ukrainian and international invention exhibitions.
International recognition
Our designs have been shown many times at invention and technology exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. Here are the main awards:
“100 Best Products of Ukraine”
Winner of the national product quality contest in 2008 for the accuracy and reliability of our bagging equipment.
“Innowacje-2001”, Gdańsk
Gold medal and diploma of honor at the International Invention Fair (Poland).
International exhibition in Nuremberg
Silver medal and diploma at the Trade Fair for Ideas, Inventions and New Products (Germany).
Invention exhibition in Berlin
Second prize and diploma of honor in 2000 for the autonomous lever-type scale.
What DVSV scales are recognized for
Juries noted above all the design itself: unlike most bagging machines, “Polytechnic” scales:
- Need no electricity: they weigh the product mechanically, with a lever.
- Are safe in dusty environments: with no electrical circuits and no sources of sparks, they suit flour, sugar, compound feed and chemical powders. For explosion-hazardous products there is a dedicated model, the DVSV-50.
- Last for decades: without complex controllers there is nothing to break, even in the field.
