Bagging Scales and Packaging Equipment
| Model | Dose, kg | Packaging | Output | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| DVSV-S | 0.2–10 | pouches, boxes, open containers | up to 1,000 doses/h (1 kg) | small doses weighed directly in the package (gross) |
| DVSV-N | 0.2–10 | any: boxes, buckets, jars | up to 1,000 doses/h (1 kg) | dose weighed in the scale’s own hopper (net), containers of any shape |
| DVSV-M | 5–70 | open-mouth bags, sacks | up to 400 bags/h (50 kg) | core model for grain, sugar, compound feed, fertilizers |
| DVSV-F | 5–70 | bags, sacks | up to 400 bags/h (50 kg) | frozen berries and vegetables; stainless steel, down to −50 °C |
| DVSV-50 | 25–70 | open-mouth bags | up to 400 bags/h (50 kg) | dusty and explosion-hazardous products, no sources of sparks |
All models are mechanical and work without electricity; accuracy is ±0.1% of the dose. For a complete line, add a feed hopper and a discharge conveyor.
All DVSV scales are mechanical: they weigh the product with a lever and need no electricity or compressed air. That is why they work reliably in dusty workshops, damp warehouses, grain stores and unheated buildings, where electronic scales quickly break down.
We have been manufacturing scales in Cherkasy, Ukraine, since 1992 — more about the company. Our designs have won awards at international exhibitions.

- simple dose adjustment, no programming;
- zero electricity and compressed-air costs;
- service life of 10+ years, operation from −50 to +50 °C.
Each scale comes with installation and operating documentation.
How to choose a model
For pouches and small doses up to 10 kg, choose the DVSV-S or DVSV-N; for bags up to 70 kg, the DVSV-M. For dusty or explosion-hazardous products you need the DVSV-50, and for frozen berries and vegetables, the DVSV-F. To build a line, add a feed hopper and a discharge conveyor.
